Please upload, fax, or email your vision prescription.  We will also need a Pupillary distance measurement.  This is the measurment between your pupils.  IF you do not know your PD measurement, please contact the last establishement where you purchased your frames.  They will have that measurement.  If you still need assistance obtaining that measurement, please contact us for further assistance.

    Have been waiting for years to get to 1.0 lenses and it just hasn't happened so I ordered the .50 and am so glad I did. I can finally see properly when reading.
